The Vinh City Capitol

Our government is made up of the government officials, department of infrastructure, department of state, and city council. Each member works together to fill their duties and help manage our community!

The Vinh City Capitol is the center of our government and rests in our Governmental Zone of the Developmental District in new Vinh City. It houses the Government Officials' offices, meeting rooms, the press release room, and much more! (See image to the right).

Government Officials

Our government officials are the leaders of our community, who play a vital role in the operations of the city. They are hardworking, devoted, and intelligent individuals, and each official brings forth key qualities that help the city run smoothly with everyone working together.

President/Founder

President Vinh created the world in July of 2014 and began developing the place we call Vinh City today, while having fun in game with his friends. Vinh plays a vital role in the running of our community, where he welcomes new residents, engages with residents, runs the Tik Tok page, oversees all operations of the city, and plays a key role in the construction of new buildings and developments. He also serves as the Secretary of Health, where he manages the high-quality hospitals and health care system of Vinh City. Vinh keeps the community active and engaged!

Vice President

Vice President Toyota officially joined Vinh City in 2017 to have fun with his best friend, Vinh, and has served as Vice President since then. He manages the main aspects of our community behind the scenes, including the management of the discord server, banking system, building permits, google forms, city files, website, and more! Toyota also serves as Director of Banking and Communications and Secretary of Education, where he manages the high-quality schools of Vinh City. Even though he doesn't build often, he keeps the city up and running smoothly at all times!

Administrator

Administrator Sol was one of the first residents to join the community when we went public in September 2020. He originally served as Secretary of Infrastructure, before becoming the administrator, where he oversees the main operations of the city and discord server! He focuses on maintaining the high standards of building in Vinh City and keeping the community running smoothly. Sol is one of the best builders in the Vinh City community and advises the government on all important decisions!

Chief of Staff/Realm Host

Chief of Staff Ben joined the community in March of 2021 and became the presidential assistant and a member of the department of infrastructure shortly after, before becoming our Chief of Staff. Ben hosts our community on a realm, assists with welcoming residents in game and assigning plots to build on, and helps make important decisions with the administration to improve our community. He is always looking for ways to help the city grow!

Secretary of State

Secretary 14 was one of the first residents to join our community when we went public in September 2020 and became the Secretary of State in our first election shortly after. He helps process new residents, plan city events, manage our discord server, and make important decisions in the government to better improve our community. 14 also serves as Deputy Director of the United Cities (our alliance) and is a prominent member of several city communities, where he maintains our diplomatic relations!

Secretary of Infrastructure

Secretary Robo officially joined our community in December 2020 and was part of our first city council before joining the Department of Infrastructure and becoming the Secretary of Infrastructure. Robo oversees all major construction projects and leads planning to improve the city with the help of his department. Robo is also the director of our alliance, The United Cities, and is well-known as the best builder in our community. He is always looking for new ways to expand the city!

Secretary of Urban Development

Secretary Cube joined our community in July 2021 and was elected to our City Council, before moving into the Department of Infrastructure and becoming Secretary of Urban Development. Cube also served as a presidential assistant for a period to help host the world during more time zones before we became a realm. Cube assists in the planning and executing of major city projects and improvements to enhance the city look!

Secretary of Urban Planning

Secretary Foxy joined our community in July 2022 and became part of our Department of Infrastructure shortly after, before becoming our Secretary of Urban Planning. Foxy has done incredible work on several other communities before, and he is known for his unique building style and impressive city planning skills. Foxy has spearheaded the Eastwood Redevelopment Project and leads the planning process of new districts and areas to make the city as realistic and beautiful as possible!

Community Manager

Manager Bear joined our community in December 2020 and became part of our Department of State and Infrastructure shortly after, before becoming our Community Manager. Bear oversees all community interactions, helps plan engaging events for our city, and insures residents are following the Vinh City mission of fostering an inclusive community for all! Additionally, Bear owns his own city, Los Torres, which is a close ally of Vinh City

The Department of Infrastructure is our team of best builders, chosen by the administration, who work on major city developments under the direction of our Secretary of Infrastructure, RoboFury600. We can always count on them to produce the highest quality builds and beautify the city!
